The B407 Film Cooled Tailpipe (B407 FCT) utilizes a bifurcating nozzle and dual tailpipes in order to obscure hot metal and direct exhaust gas away from the tailboom. IR signature is reduced significantly at all view angles with minimal engine power loss. The device replaces the factory exhaust pipe at the top of the engine cowling and is supplied complete with an aerodynamic fairing. The B407 FCT is FAA certified and in operation.
